optical clarity and sensing accuracy.
How CMOS laser displacement photoelectric sensors work?
- Laser Emission: The sensor emits a laser beam onto the surface of the target
object.
- Reflection: The reflected light is captured by the CMOS sensor at a certain
angle (triangulation principle).
- Displacement Calculation: The position of the reflected light spot on the CMOS sensor
changes depending on the target’s distance. Based on this, the
sensor calculates the displacement (distance to the object) with
high accuracy.
